Everything about shipping, returns, privacy and buying from ScaryToys — in plain words, no tricks.

Shipping policy

We ship to all countries in the European Union, plus Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Shipping is always free — there is no shipping cost on any order, big or small.
Orders are packed within 2–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your country.
All prices on the site are shown in euro (EUR).

You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order — this is your legal right of withdrawal in the EU.
To return, contact us at support@scarytoys.se with your order number before the 14 days are up.
Toys must be unused and in their original packaging to be refunded.
Once we receive and check the return, we refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened face masks, makeup and slime products cannot be returned.

We only collect the information needed to handle your order: name, delivery address, email and payment details.
Payment is handled by our checkout provider — we never see or store your card number.
We never sell or share your personal information with anyone other than the delivery partner who ships your order.
You can at any time ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@scarytoys.se.

ScaryToys sells Halloween toys to customers within Europe. An order is confirmed once you receive your order confirmation by email.
If a toy sells out after you order, we cancel that item and refund you in full.
Colors and details on the photos may differ slightly from the real product.
Toys with small parts are marked with a recommended age — always read the label on the packaging before giving a toy to a child.
These terms are governed by Swedish consumer law.
